Helena Raeburn

Singer | Actor | Workshop Leader

Helena is a singer who can perform in many styles including pop, soul, funk, jazz, folk, MT, a capella, classical, and baroque.​ Performing experience includes studio session work, live radio broadcasts and filmed performances as well as musicals, opera, plays, cabaret, panto and events.

 

She has recorded music from and performed live for Royal Shakespeare Company productions for over a decade, and was one of the musicians in the ‘King and Country’ cycle which toured London, China and New York following a live cinema broadcast.

Helena is an experienced Choral Singer and has performed with Gareth Malone’s ‘Voices’ and choral group ‘Celeste’. She is a member of the St. John’s Wood Church Octet and previously sang with the choir and consort of Birmingham-based choir Ex Cathedra.

She is also an experienced music workshop leader and vocal coach, and works with Ex Cathedra’s award-winning Education Department.

She trained on the Musical Theatre Course at the Royal Academy of Music and studied Classical Singing at the Birmingham Conservatoire.
